Lauren Berry, NP is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in the medical field, specializing in Integrative Mental Health. She has extensive expertise in treating anxiety, depression, treatment-resistant depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, life transitions, and a wide range of other mental health concerns.
Lauren is passionate about helping individuals restore mental resilience, empowering patients to take an active role in their healing and rediscover a sense of balance, purpose, and confidence in their lives. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that lasting wellness comes from addressing the whole person not just symptoms.
She utilizes a comprehensive, integrative approach that may include medication management, lifestyle medicine, targeted vitamins and supplements, therapy, functional lab testing to uncover root causes, genetic and neuropsychological testing, and practical, personalized strategies that patients can implement in their everyday lives.

Caroline Graham, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Caroline is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursing career in 2009. Motivated by a desire to take a more active role in patient care, she became a nurse practitioner in 2018. Her early work focused on holistic, integrative medicine and later grew to include substance use treatment and co-occurring conditions, where she found her passion for mental health.
Her training and experience in caring for individuals with a broad range of mental health concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD has led her to develop a clinical approach that integrates trauma-informed care, psychiatric medication management, and mind-body awareness to address the unique needs of each person.
Caroline is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered. She works collaboratively with individuals to build resilience and achieve meaningful, sustainable wellness.

Matthew Kristofor, PMHNP
Specialty: Adults and Geriatrics
As a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of serving diverse populations and am committed to providing compassionate and
effective care to individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. I earned my
Masters in Nursing from Sacred Heart University and completed a Post-Masters
Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing at Drexel University.
I recognize that every patient is unique and collaborate closely with each individual to
develop a personalized treatment plan. I believe in a holistic approach that considers
the physical, emotional, and social aspects of each persons life to promote
comprehensive well-being.
My mission is to empower my patients to regain control of their lives. I understand that
mental health challenges can be overwhelming, and my goal is to provide support,
guidance, and evidence-based treatments that foster resilience and recovery. I am
dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where patients can openly
discuss their concerns.
